As kids, we used to run every day. Playing was an important part of our daily routine. As an adult, somewhere we lose out on the joy of running.

With the grind of churning money to make it big, 43% of urban Indians frequently feel lonely and lack friends. In hindsight, being a greener space can help, and running is largely a cheap activity to partake in (or so it seems!). Thus, run clubs are the cue for individuals to find their tribe. How running became a workout trend (and will it stay) is an interesting topic to ponder.

The Shift in Fitness Trends

From running to weightlifting, pilates and back to left foot, right foot, fitness trends move at the pace of changes.

The correlation to body types with fitness is more than what meets the eye. With the 2000’s trends coming back after two decades, it is smart to put a finger on body trends coming back as well.
